If you are using the Service on behalf of another person (such as a family member with memory challenges), you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Memoris AI is a personal memory assistant designed to help individuals with memory challenges stay connected to important information, relationships, and daily activities. The Service allows you to:

• Store and retrieve personal memories, facts, and information through voice or text interaction.
• Upload and analyze photos to help recall moments and extract information.
• Connect with Google Calendar and Google Tasks to manage events and reminders.
• Receive personalized assistance based on your stored information.

Memoris AI integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar and Google Tasks. By connecting these services:

• You authorize us to access your calendar events and tasks to provide scheduling assistance.
• You acknowledge that these services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
• You can revoke access to these integrations at any time through your account settings or directly through Google.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

Memoris AI is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

While our Service is designed to assist individuals with memory challenges, it should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.

The Service is a supportive tool and may not capture or recall all information accurately. Users and caregivers should not rely solely on Memoris AI for critical health, safety, or emergency information.

Your content belongs to you. You retain all ownership rights to the personal memories, photos, and information you store in Memoris AI.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We do not use your personal data to train AI models or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws. You agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memoris AI, LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the content or information provided by the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms.
